  • We will sit down with you and ensure we know what you want. Once we understand your wishes, we will design and show you the results before moving on to the next stage. If we don’t get it right the first time, we will change our design until you are comfortable we’ve hit your brief.

  • Once we have a design we are all proud of, we can share it with the local planning office for their official permission to build.

  • We dive into the details at this stage and determine how our design will be built. We also send our drawings to a building control official to ensure we comply with all the relevant building regulations.

  • Once we have complete construction information, we can help you find the right builder with the best price and then help manage the build process on your behalf.
